TradeSignal — Privacy Policy

For the TradeSignal browser extension · Last updated 18 September 2026

TradeSignal is a trade journal, portfolio tracker, watchlist and news reader that runs entirely in your browser.

We collect nothing. TradeSignal has no server, no account system, no analytics and no tracking. The developer cannot see your data.

What you create stays on your device

Your trades, notes, watchlist, price alerts, setups and settings are saved with the browser's extension storage on the computer where you installed the extension. They are never uploaded.

  • Settings sync between your own devices only if you have browser sync switched on. That is handled by your browser, not by us.
  • Removing the extension deletes this data. Use Dashboard → Import / export → Export JSON to keep a backup first.

What the extension does not do

  • It does not read, modify or inject anything into the web pages you visit. Text is saved as a note only when you choose “Save … as a trade note” from the right-click menu.
  • It does not connect to any broker or trading platform, and it cannot place, change or cancel orders.
  • It does not sell, share or transfer data to anyone, because it never collects any.

TradeSignal is a personal research and journalling tool. It is not financial advice, and it never places trades.

Hueberry — Privacy Policy

For the Hueberry browser extension · Last updated 20 September 2026

Hueberry is a color picker that runs entirely in your browser. It samples a color from a web page, your screen or an image file, and shows it as HEX, RGB, RGBA and HSL.

We collect nothing. Hueberry has no server, no account system, no analytics and no tracking, and it makes no network requests of any kind. The developer cannot see your data.

What stays on your device

The color you picked most recently and your last 16 picked colors are saved with the browser's extension storage on the computer where you installed the extension. They are never uploaded.

  • Clear history in the popup erases the saved colors at any time.
  • Removing the extension deletes this data.

Which servers the extension contacts

None. Everything Hueberry needs ships inside the extension, so it works with no connection at all. It loads no remote code.

What the extension can see

  • Colors you pick. When you choose Grab a color, the browser's eyedropper returns the color of the pixel you click. On browsers without that feature, Hueberry takes a one-off image of the visible part of the current tab so you can click a pixel in it. That image is used to read a single pixel, is held only in memory, and is discarded as soon as you pick or cancel.
  • Images you open. Files you drop, paste or choose are read inside the popup to sample a pixel. They are never uploaded and never saved.

What the extension does not do

  • It has no standing access to any website. It can act on a tab only at the moment you click its toolbar button and start a pick.
  • It does not read, change or keep the content of the pages you visit.
  • It does not sell, share or transfer data to anyone, because it never collects any.

Permissions

activeTab (capture the visible tab when you start a pick, on browsers without the built-in eyedropper) · storage (keep your current color and history locally) · scripting (draw the crosshair overlay you click to choose a pixel). No host permissions are requested.

Children

Hueberry is not directed at children under 13.

Changes

Any change to this policy will appear on this page with a new date, and in the extension's release notes.
